DESCRIPTION

Since ancient times, Agaricus has been one of the most mysterious and sacred plants in European folk tradition, surrounded by supernatural properties bestowed by the gods. It was considered a symbol of life and fertility, an antidote to poisons as well as an aphrodisiac.

The greatest philosophers in the history of Greece, Aristotle and Theophrastus, fathers of Zoology and Botany respectively, studied Agaricus. Hippocrates, Pliny, Theophrastus, and Paracelsus considered it important for treating epilepsy and combating tumors. Druids used the rare Agaricus mushroom that grew on oak trees to create their powerful drugs and magical potions!

It has been used since antiquity as a medicinal plant, and in 1917 it was first used in cancer treatment by the anthroposophists Rudolf Steiner and Ita Wegman. For the past 30 years, it has been the most widely used immunostimulatory agent in cancer treatment in certain areas of Europe, mainly in Germany and Sweden. The plant extracts are primarily used as injections. In Germany alone, it is estimated that over $30 million is spent annually on its pharmaceutical derivatives.

To prepare it as an infusion, pour 30g of the dried herb into a cup of boiling water and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. This infusion is consumed three times a day. If prepared as a decoction, boil 30g of crushed dried herb in 1 cup of water for one minute, then remove from heat and let it sit for 10 minutes. Strain and drink a tablespoon three times a day.
